Families are the compass that guide us. They are the inspiration to reach great heights, and our comfort when we occasionally falter.

I received a sweet e-card and on the bottom it had a reminder of upcoming holidays ie. Father's Day. Well one such holiday that I was unaware of is tomorrow-BEST FRIEND'S DAY. So with that I must give a shout out to all my friends and a thanks for their support and love throughout the years!

Friends are unique kind of like dogs spots/freckles and all- no offense. They just love you and keep on lovin'- unlike family that is stuck with each other,( though my family are my dear friends too), friends choose each other and listen to our problems without reimbursement. They also like us when we may not look our best, for instance, once I had strep throat and two little babies and my dear friend Mindy came cleaned my house and drove me to the doctor bad breathe and all-true friend. I was taught the value of a dear friend from third grade on when I met Ang, she and I were friends through many silly stunts, boys, and grumpy times but through it all she still was loyal, not judgemental and a great friend-there are days I feel the sweetness of heaven and know that friendships are forever. Many refer to dog as man's best friend really for me it is people I like-I say that with a quick apology to Tai and his dog Belle.

One more on Best Friends mine happens to be my dear husband, he is the friend that has been through thick and thin with me this friendship started over 17 years ago and still is growing daily- I love him tons. ( This picture is too funny to not post-he was sanding our ceiling after the 'hole' experience and I could not resist.)
